1. How can I contact you?
- You can chat with us online via Live Support, leave us a message on contact page and send us an email to sales@engraveforest.com.
2. Where do you ship from?
- We ship from our China factory directly.
3. What is the shipping options?
- Default courier is DHL and airmail. DHL, FedEx and UPS delivery time is 3~6 days.
Registered airmail delivery time is 8~15 days normally and you can track it online.
Express line takes 7~15 days normally (there is no customs duty in this way) and you can also track online. Shipping cost is lower than DHL.
4. Can I get lower shipping quote, discount code and lower unit produce price?
- Yes, please send us an inquiry and we will send you the best shipping cost quotes from DHL / FedEx / express line and airmail.
We offer discount for regular customers.
Normally the unit price depends on order quantity. The more you order, the lower the unit price.
5. Do you offer custom design service for 3D lamps?
- Yes, we offer custom design services. Please send us the model number, estimated quantity and photo/logo file by email. We will send you an offer asap. Minimum order quantity is one piece.
6. Why your price for some products are higher than other suppliers?
(1) Most of our products have CE, RoHS, FCC and UL certifications while other similar cheap ones do not have any certification to cut down cost.
(2) The warranty is 1 year for our products while other suppliers do not offer warranty at all.
(3) We use high quality materials and components to make sure the product is durable. Other suppliers copied our designs (they cut down design and development cost ), use 2nd hand ABS for the plastic case (it is fragile), reduce some components and use low quality chips on PCBA board, offer low quality USB cable, lamp base mats, short range IR remote etc. Their products is not durable and product defective rate is very high.
In a word, we offer you good quality products at competitive prices all the time.
