Worldwide Shipping Service

Engraveforest hires DHL FedEx UPS and economical shipping couriers to process order shipment and ship to worldwide countries and regions. You will receive a tracking number after arranged a transfer. With tracking number, you can find out where your shipment is.

Unit price does not include shipping freight. You can generate a shipping quote in the shopping cart. Please put the desired number of items in your cart and get a quote of shipping cost to destination. The shipping charges for orders are calculated automatically depending on the total weight of your order. You can make changes to your shopping cart before finish checkout procedures.

We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event, your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund. Please refer to our detailed terms and conditions regarding customs clearance.

There are three kinds of shipping ways totally. You can contact us and send us an email (list the model numbers and estimated order quantity), we will let you know the most suitable shipping way for your country, send you shipping quotations to help you cut shipping cost.

1. Fast commercial express couriers (3~6 days):
DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, EMS

2. Express lines to certain countries (7~12 days) :
No customs duty normally, faster than airmail but slower than DHL/FedEx, 96% delivered rate (higher than airmail)
USPS to United States

Delivery Failure Scenarios
If the package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you, Engraveforest will re-send the goods or give a full refund. In practice,  such cases are very rare, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services. Please note confirmation of such cases can take some time, so in such an event you may be advised to place a new order at your expense while the original shipment is investigated pending compensation.

If receive products in a damaged condition. In such a scenario you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. Through the correct reporting process, the goods can be handed back to the courier and Engraveforest will send new goods or give a refund. If you do not immediately follow the courier's reporting procedure, and thus no adequate documentation is available to prove the goods arrived damaged, we will offer advice on a case-by-case basis about whether you can return the goods to China for replacements or a refund.

If a shipment is the delay, turned back, or seized by Customs. If the Customs issue was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery was due to mishandling by Engraveforest, you would receive compensation when solve the case. Such cases are unusual, but it is important you are aware of your responsibilities in such a situation.

General Delivery Failure Cases Where You Accept Liability
You (or the consignee) must take delivery of the goods and comply with any applicable procedures/charges from your local Customs.
If the delivery fails because:
you were not at home, or the courier could not contact you
the delivery details were wrong
the recipient fails to accept the goods
the carrier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods
the courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address
delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc
other similar scenarios beyond our control
[In such cases] you agree that Engraveforest will not accept liability and no compensation are available.

Delivery Policy under Special Conditions
1. If you choose to ship by international express like DHL/UPS and your address belongs to remoteness area, the remoteness fee should be paid by the consignee.  We will inform you about this by email and offer you solutions (pay extra $31 remoteness fee, change to another NO Remoteness Area Address, pick up from your nearest DHL/UPS office).

2. Because of the delay or failure of the China Customs clearance(eg: It is common for the cellphones or products with battery to encounter this kind of problem), we will choose some other methods such as EMS or Air Mail to deliver your parcel and we refund you the shipping balance;

3. The international express can’t get to some spacial addresses (eg, P.O. box or military base), we will accordingly choose a kind of suitable carrier to deliver your order and refund/charge you shipping balance;

4. When the parcel get to the target country’s Customs, they may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of the shipment. The fees caused by the procedure of the custom clearance should be paid by the consignee;

5. The expense caused by the parcel rejection will be afforded by the consignee;

6. The extra expense caused by some cases (eg, Address is wrong, invalid, not very clear or the consignee can not be contacted) should be paid by the recipient; if the parcel is destroyed by the Customs, the expense is also paid by the consignee;

7. If the delivery fail due to war / dissaster or the parcel get damaged/lost during shipment, we will contact carrier and ask for compensation for you.

Shipment Warranty
We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your country. Your order is under protection of our warranty policy. We work hard and carefully to prevent shipment problems. In case you received an order with the wrong quantity or bad quality, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
