Order Tracking

Engraveforest will update tracking numbers when the order status is updated to "Shipped". The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page.

Along with tracking number, you will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your order.

Package Status:

Awaiting Collection: Please call local courier and pick up your package at the courier operation center or post office.
Pending Customs Duty Payment: Please contact DHL and pay the duty. (if the package value is over tariffs starting point, there will be some customs duty for the receiver).

In Clearance Process: Please contact DHL or us for the details. DHL/the customs maybe need the payment proof, certification or other related files. Please contact us for assistance.
